Do you know about the lawsuit between the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe against the BIE Reorganization?
The Department of Interior has proposed reorganizing the Bureau of Indian Education in order to improve Indian Education across the States. The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe sued the DOI to seek a permanent injunction to block the proposed restructuring.
