Indigenous Peoples Day at Kansas State University

TEDNA had the pleasure of taking a group of high school seniors to Kansas State University for Indigenous Peoples Day on Monday, October 9th.

Students had the opportunity to hear from prominent Indigenous speakers, tour the campus including the greenhouse and College of Engineering, eat a meal prepared by an Indigenous chef, and watch an Indigenous dance troupe perform at the end of the day.

This was a great opportunity for our students to honor and celebrate Indigenous culture while exploring options for their future!
